Description:

An English Creamware mug transfer printed with the Red-Hot Marriage Act and showing a young couple's wedding service in Gretna Green, officiated by the local blacksmith. 

Circa 1790

Approx 5.25 inches (135mm) tall x  3.5 inches (85mm) dia.

In  good, original condition with minor chip and hairline to rim.
